So my final thoughts for Marantz SR7005 are: For looks, it is sleek and slick. Very classic look but still modern. Even my wife loved how it looks 
. When the front door is closed, you have a round display that tells you input and volume level. The one thing I wish it had was the current surround mode but not the end of the world.
The Marantz sr7005 is a Great Receiver, lots of bells and whistles. Sound quality will blow you away, very clean, powerful and top-notch processing. I was holding out for the Onkyo TX-NR809 but, after thorough research and receiving a great price on the Marantz SR7005, I could not be more happy. The remote could use a better layout but does the job.
Overall, very happy with my Marantz SR7005 purchase and would highly recommend to anyone.
